REFUND AND REVIEW POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Refund and Review Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is drafted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and determines the conditions and procedures for the Client's refusal of services and the return of funds accepted by SIMPLE BN DMCC, a company registered and operating in accordance with the laws of the UAE, with its main office located at: UAE, Dubai, JLT, Cluster M, HDS Business center, Office 501, license number DMCC-854785 (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor").

1.2. This Policy applies to the website https://innovate-identity.com/en/shop and to all products and services listed on this web resource (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

1.3. The use of the services and products of the Site implies the unconditional acceptance by the Client of this Policy and the conditions specified herein for the review of work and refund of funds. If the Client does not agree with these conditions, they should refrain from using the Contractor's services and products.

1.4. By making the full and unconditional acceptance (consent) of the Contractor's Offer, posted on the Site https://innovate-identity.com/oferta, the Client agrees to the terms of this Policy. The Client confirms in the Offer that they are familiar with, agree to, and unconditionally accept all the terms of the Contract as set forth in the text of the Offer Contract, including the annexes to the Offer Contract, which are an integral part thereof.

1.5. The full list of products and the terms of service provision are described in the Offer, which is an integral part of this Policy.

1.6. The fact of transferring funds to the Contractor's account confirms that the Client have read, understood, and accepted the terms of the Offer and the Refund and Review Policy without any reservation.

2. PROCEDURE FOR REFUSAL OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUND OF FUNDS

2.1. In the event of the Client's refusal of products or services, the full amount of the cost of the respective product or service remains with the Contractor without the right of refund to the Client. This condition applies to all products and services provided by the Contractor. All services provided by the Executor, including but not limited to bespoke and any other custom services, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.2. The Client understands and accepts that the products and services of the Contractor are unique and individually tailored, and therefore, a refund is not possible.
3. CONDITIONS FOR REFUSAL OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

3.1. The Client may refuse the Contractor's products and services. In this case, the cost of the products and services remains with the Contractor without the right of refund to the Client.

3.2. If the Client requests changes to the results of the work on the product or service provided, the Contractor makes such changes taking into account the conditions specified in the Offer Contract for each product and service separately.

4. PROCEDURE FOR HANDLING CLAIMS

4.1. Claims regarding the quality of provided products and services must be submitted in writing to the Contractor's email address support@innovate-identity.com within 3 (three) business days from the date of receiving the service.

4.2. Claims are reviewed by the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt. Based on the results of the review, the Contractor notifies the Client of their decision.

4.3. The Contractors decision regarding any claim shall be final and binding on the Client, with no further recourse available.

5. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

5.1. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to this Policy without the Client's consent.

5.2. The new edition of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Contractor's website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy. The Contractor reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any such amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Contractors website. Clients who have ongoing services will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their service via email within 5 (five) business days of the change.

5.3. The current Policy is posted on the Contractor's website at: https://innovate-identity.com/politics.

5.4. This Policy is an integral part of the Offer for the provision of services, posted on the page at: https://innovate-identity.com/oferta.

5.5. By accepting this Policy, the Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks with their bank or credit card provider. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the Executor as outlined in this Policy.
5.6. In case of disagreement between the English and Russian versions of this document, the English version of the document posted on this web resource shall prevail.

6. APPLICABLE LAW

6.1. This Policy and all matters arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
